Belimarković Castle is the oldest building in Vrnjačka Banja. The castle was originally a summer house of general and statesman Jovan Belimarković, who first made a name for himself during the Ottoman wars of the mid-19th century. The construction lasted from 1888 to 1894, and the castle was built in the North-Italian style which was popular at the time. Nowadays the magnificent manor has been transformed into a local museum with three permanent exhbitions in the collection presenting the rich and fascinating history of Vrnjačka Banja.
