Bequeathed by the Donegall family to Belfast City Council and opened to the public in 1871, this south-east Belfast oasis contains playing fields, marked walks and occasional music and cultural events amid a beautiful green expanse of rolling lawns and towering trees. The Indoor Tennis Centre and Ozone Complex provides further physical exertion and can be contacted by this link. And those of a more sedate outdoor nature can play a round at the 18 holeOrmeau Golf Club.
