Bullitt you say? Belfast you say? Yes, this cool, contemporary, budget-conscious hotel derives its name from the food of guns (two bullet holes are said to exist within its edifice). But the reference to the Steve McQueen classic is much more pertinent, not least because a portrait of the young man was famously stolen on the hotel's Oct '16 launch night. Now dutifully recovered, the pic has acquired iconic status as a lobby photo op. The city centre space encases a restaurant, two bars and 43 Dinky, Comfy and Roomy bedrooms. Though increasing in size and price, each slumber pad includes king size beds, free WiFi, rain showers, bespoke breakfast bags and TV with Netflix and Sky. Bullitt Bar and Taylor & Clay restaurant keep residents satiated, while Baltic Bar entices with its ski-chic interior. Mingle with the cool crowd in town to shop, sightsee, work and, naturally, party up a storm.
