Arguably the most easy-going cafe in Bath, Same-Same But Different is a breakfast favourite with a varied menu covering plenty of ground, although we are somewhat slavishly committed to the Full English. The vegetarian equivalent more than holds its own, with the vegan version not far behind. Same-Same But Different is a Bath cafe institution, and long may that continue.
