Located in the basement of the Assembly Rooms, Bath’s Fashion Museum (formerly known as the Museum of Costume) is a high house of beauty, of iconic threads and seriously confusing clothing. The personal collection of Doris Langley Moore (one of the most important female fashion historians going), the collection is made up of over 10,000 items from the 1600s to the current day. The museum also holds an annual Dress of the Year competition.
