There is something of a trend in Banja Luka where the best places for coffee and/or beer are frustratingly hard to find, but well worth the effort. Hey Joe is the latest establishment to join that crew, a friendlier-than-friendly biker cafe and bar hidden away in a residential area near the Emporium shopping centre. This is a real ‘home away from home’ sort of place, accentuated by the stream of familiar faces and warm conversation that seems perpetual inside. Great beer, great coffee and some of the best rakija in town certainly help.
