When Ban Milosavljević came to Banja Luka, one of his first aims was to establish a theatre in the city. Unsure of how to design one, he called on an old friend in Niš to assist him, which lead to the creation of this theatre along the same blueprints as its contemporary in Serbia’s third city. This is now the premier theatre in RS, with a schedule that grows all the time.
