The small Central bar now comes painted in blue - except the wooden panelled walls that is. They major in cocktails here and really pay attention to the details. The ice cubes for example are huge hand-made balls, not the standard, hollow machine ones. This way they don’t water down your drink so quickly. The spirits for their signature drink Barrel Aged Americano (Martinazzi and Vermouth Rosso) come from the Swiss distillery Matter-Luginbühl. They also serve excellent sandwiches: pulled pork or choripan originating from Argentina, a delicicous grilled chorizo sausage in a bun with chimchurri sauce. With the designer chairs the bar has perhaps lost some of its cosiness, but the cocktails and the food more than make up for that.
