Although we're not in the habit of frequenting hotel restaurants, we had a great time at the Tropics Cafe. If you're a guest at Juliana's Hotel this is the relaxing place where your breakfast is served, but even if you're not staying here it's a great place for lunch or dinner. The head chef Hensley is the genius behind the impressive variety of Caribbean dishes that are served here near or around the pool area, but bear in mind that this tranquil setting is transformed into the only outdoor cinema on the island on Friday nights from 19:00. Make sure you try one of local bartender Picky's unforgettable cocktails like his jungle juice, which will have you slurring his praises in no time.
