ZOO Veldhoven

Although Eindhoven doesn't have a zoo of its own, you could take a short trip to the neighbouring town of Veldhoven to visit ZOO Veldhoven. You shouldn't expect bears, tigers or elephants here, but it is home to a total of 2000 animals, including a wide array of exotic birds, penguins and a few unusual animals like lemurs. You can also feed the birds nuts and seeds, which can be bought at the park and an outdoor playground is also available. The new owner has also plans to perform shows with his predator birds.
