The Eindhoven location of this international chain caters largely to business people, but leisure travellers will also find this pleasant place more than satisfactory. The deluxe rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and include all of the modern amenities you would expect, while the standard singles are tiny, but adequate for a night. The Sandton is also known locally for its so-called ‘high wine’, not high tea, which is served in the cosy lounge area each day at 16:00. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey, but still a decent option for a morning meal.
