Even after visiting Quepasa several times, we're still not sure if this Spanish-style restaurant is worth a recommendation. Great affordable meals have been followed by mediocre tapas and the only consistent aspect of this charming place seems to be the well-trained staff. The terrace in the back, the homemade sangria and the fried brie are this intimate restaurant's greatest assets, but the menu is predictable and could use some more imagination.
