Dijk 9 is one Eindhoven's more sophisticated restaurants. Its original menu blends traditional French cuisine with Asian inspiration and a few international classics. The more adventurous can also order the chef's 'surprise menu', which never disappoints. Naturally, the high quality of the food and the outstanding service commands higher prices, but we firmly believe that it's worth every penny. An excellent wine list available, but we recommend you avoid Saturday nights when the place is completely packed and the din of enthusiastic diners can sound like a hen house.
