Traditionally, Dutch people usually enjoy eating brown bread with cheese. The coming of Bagels & Beans, therefore, provided a true culture shock to the country. Of its 60 plus bagel shops across the Netherlands, the Eindhoven branch is by far the best, especially since the new management took over. Enjoy their finger licking breakfast, healthy all-organic fair-trade juice or try their brand new spinach/egg salad bagel. Its odd opening hours are still a mystery to us. A place with so much quality, doesn't need such tacky 'unique selling points'.
