Found in the elegant surroundings of Hope Street Hotel (a fine wedding venue, to say the least), The London Carriage Works remains one of the most exquisite traditional restaurants in Liverpool. Awards flock to this place almost as frequently as customers, the latter of which inevitably leave with expectations fulfilled and appetites appeased. The menu covers traditional British ground, with a selection of meat dishes and vegetarian options available. The Sunday roasts are great.
