Tabac is a true city institution, an iconic place to eat at the top of Bold Street and one that serves up the type of breakfast that is an absolute must in the UK, a greasy plate of magic that will lay waste to the hangover and reinvigorate one’s excitement for life in Liverpool. There are other things on the menu, but come on, this is the best Full English in the city.
