With so much fresh fish around, you might think that sushi joints are available on every street corner on Curacao, but of course you'd be wrong as it seems to be a Herculean task just finding a decent one. If, however, we had to make a suggestion it would have to be Rolling Sushi, which is located on the way to Santa Barbara. What this place lacks in ambience, it more than makes up for with its reasonable prices and tasty sushi rolls, although the chef could be a little less generous with the cream cheese. Speedy service, cheap lunch specials and XXL monster and volcano rolls all make it well worth a visit, but you should probably avoid the greasy tempura dishes.
