After years of planning and months of renovation, Celje's centrally-located youth centre reopened its doors last year and has already become one the country's coolest hostels. Occupying a sprawling, more than century-old building that was previously used as a tannery, the MCC hostel offers much needed budget accommodation capacity to the city centre. However, more than just providing beds, the youth centre also continue hosts various events, concerts and activities on its new premises. The rates include free WiFi, bike rental, and even a welcome drink at the ground floor bar.
