Traditional, discreet, quiet, this establishment has been giving smiles, serving beers and pub food for thirty years. It has recently improved its menu with an interesting addition of pasta dishes and ever-changing day specials. The all-wood environment, the small tables and the fact that there are no stools to sit at the counter makes it difficult to socialise with random punters, but the place is cosy, intimate and perfect for conversation. Beers change every two months and of the seven different draughts, the stout is excellent.
