What's great about this place is that on top of being a good quality food store, it's a real workshop. Different types of fresh pastries are prepared daily according to old Sardinian recipes. They make different kinds of local versions of French quiches, with spinach or aubergines or courgettes, to name a few of the many freshly-made meat or vegetable fillings, largely based on Sardinian seasonal produce. They also make a large variety of ravioli and the typically Sardinian culurgiones, panadas and seadas. Also freshly made local biscuits and cakes, organic honey, artichokes and peppers in olive oil and many other local products. There's attention to detail and quality and you can even call to order larger quantities of anything, to be sure you get exactly what you need.
