A family-run bakery which produces a wide range of top quality home-made Sardinian cakes and sweets. The shop is in a building which used to be a warehouse and then became a bakery, as witnessed by the original oven, made in the 1850s. The owners are from Bitti, a small village in the centre of Sardinia. They brought to Cagliari the ancestral wisdom, the vocation for quality and a sincere worship of natural ingredients... there's nothing chemical in what they make! They proudly present their freshly-baked cakes and biscuits, made using old recipes which cover traditions from all over the island. The only concession they've made to modernity are travel-friendly gift boxes of different sizes and combinations of cakes inside.
