At the heart of the de Pijp district you'll find this tastefully decorated restaurant where the chef uses only fresh seasonal ingredients. And given its location next to the famous Albert Cuyp Market why shouldn't he? Unfortunately, the menu is limited and the final product is nothing to write home about. The sluggish, distracted staff could also use a little inspiration, motivation or perhaps a swift kick in the behind, but maybe we just caught them on a bad day.
