Eindhoven Airport has big plans for the future. Although this regional airport greeted a mere 200,000 visitors in 2003 it expects to become a major traffic hub by 2020 when it will accommodate roughly 3.5 million passengers. Despite its modern appearance and grand plans it's still small so it's impossible to get lost. Arrivals can take local bus 400 or 401 to the Eindhoven train station (20 min/€2,16) and then continue on to destinations near and far. The Airexpress bus is another option. Buses depart for Utrecht (€30 return/€17 single, transferium Westraven) and Amsterdam (€40 return/€24 single, Prins Hendrikkade) 60 times each week. sometimes up to 9 per day. If your journey takes you to Belgium, Airportbus.eu is a possible solution. More then ten journeys per day, seven days per week. End of the line (after passing seven towns in Belgium, including Antwerpen) will bring you to Brussels South Charleroi Airport (€32 single journey).
