The (cultural) differences between Dutch and French lifestyle can be best seen at the opening times of banks. Where the Dutch ones tend to be open on weekdays from 08:30 to 15:30, close the French banks every day already at 13:30. The banks on the French side tend to open on Saturday mornings as well. ATMs are open 24-hours. Money can be changed at Cash Points, or at hotels and casinos, for of course less favourable rates.
