There are three things in life that are certain: death, taxes and Propaganda Club. A cafe club with a backstage look, Propaganda has been going strong since 1997 meaning that it’s Moscow’s oldest club and has really stood the test of time. Every evening there is something happening at the club but, of course, Fridays and Saturdays are the biggest nights here. Virtually every weekend the club brings foreign DJs to play techno or house and on all other evenings local resident DJs keep the party going. The best thing about the club is that it's popular with pretty much everyone: dreadlocked ravers dance alongside businessmen in suits. Entrance is free, face control is definitely not as strict as in many other clubs and it seems that drinks prices were frozen at 2007 levels. During the day Propaganda also functions as a restaurant with really good and reasonably priced food.
