This is where you can awaken the mad scientist within yourself. First, head down a dark staircase and look for the doorbell. Once you’re in, take a seat (or not if it’s already busy) somewhere in the “barlaboratory” and start studying the periodic table of cocktails! To make it easier to navigate the extensive “table” of crazy-sounding signature cocktails concocted – or rather dreamed up – by Yegor Stepanov, a finalist of the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition, there’s a color coding system in place. The names of the drinks might sound rather odd at first but once you see one of them being made, it’ll all start making sense. We don’t want to give too much away because part of the absolutely unique experience that is Schroedinger’s Cat is seeing the presentation with your own eyes for the first time. But let’s just say that if a cocktail is called Lego, it will be just that. Food-wise you’ve got a reasonably good variety of nourishment: shawarma, prawn noodles, mussels, popcorn prawns, falafel and a few other options. You will never know if the cat is dead or alive until you open the door to this happening bar. Oh and did we mention that the basement is actually a former air raid shelter?!
