Home to the Association of Polish Architects, the ground floor of this tenement is open to all as Klubogaleria SARP - a smart venue that functions as a restaurant, gallery, nightclub and concert venue. When it comes to architects you know the design will be sharp, and the modern, slightly post-industrial interior is a casual but stylish place for lunch or dinner with wine, a craft beer or cocktail.
The menu hits a lot of simple, crowd-pleasing standards, including pizza, pasta and burgers, but specialises in shrimp. A buzzy bar by evening, on Friday and Saturday SARP turns into a full-fledged dance club as some of Silesia's top DJs energise the clientele. Drop in on Wednesdays after 20:00 for jazz sessions hosted by the local Academy of Music which also get quite boisterous and last late into the night. With very good food, a full drinks menu and competent barstaff, whether you're looking to relax or go out on the town in style, SARP may be just the place.
