One of our local favourites for a long time running, this casual modern bistro openly pays homage to Paris with framed period photography, fine wines, and a lunch menu redolent of dining in the French capital. The food - from the steak in Cognac and pepper sauce to the fresh mussels and crème brûlée - is of exceptional quality across the board, making the relaxed atmosphere all the more refreshing. A perfect place for convincing your company that you have good taste, Le Bistrot is a popular congregation point for ex-pats as well. The staff are very friendly, flirty, and accommodating, and therefore in no way reminiscent of the eating out experiences we've had in the real Paris. We'd rather be here.
