Formed in 1993, Belfast's primary non-profit artist-led organisation acts as a 'catalyst' cajoling, supporting and promoting local, national and international artistic endeavours. Catalyst also runs talks, seminars, screenings and music events, and holds an archive of over 2000 unique documents of NI art history that it is currently preparing to make publicly accessible. Look out for the striking grafitti artwork pointing the way to the space tucked between Fountain and Queen Streets.
