Believe it or not, at just 70m this lovely little skyscraper was the highest building in the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and the ninth tallest in Europe when it opened on February 21, 1933. Nowadays it’s a mixed-use building, with shops on the ground floor, offices and residential units in the middle and a restaurant, café and lounge bar occupying the top three floors, all of which offer excellent views of the city, Alps and Ljubljana Castle.
