Set amidst social-era buildings just off a major road, the young team behind Kavarna Tiskarna (aka 'Printhouse Café') have transformed an unusual space into a cool all-day hang out spot, a true urban oasis centred around an expansive covered terrace. Locals drop by for coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, take advantage of tasty reasonably priced lunch specials, whilst evening is the time for Slovenian craft beer on draught or a season cocktail. However, it's the food that brings us here on a regular basis, more specifically the mouthwatering burgers, pulled pork, chicken wings and other glorious, smoke-flavoured meat that comes out of their KOPA Charcoal Oven.
