Cardiff is an immensely pedestrian-friendly city, so it is unlikely that you’ll need to hail or book a taxi unless you are feeling particularly lazy. Still, if the urge for private transport is too strong to ignore, give Dragon Taxis or Capital Cabs a go. Taxis are always less expensive when booked ahead of time.
