The Wagyu beef and Black Angus Hybrid ragu tortellacci, with oyster and porcini mushroom cream are divine. We were also blown away by the 72-hour slow-cooked Black Angus boneless short ribs, enhanced with a Kinnie (Malta’s signature carbonated soft drink) and teriyaki reduction. Bursting with flavour. Melt-in-the-mouth heaven!
They also have an impressively extensive wine list that comes with detailed info about the varietals, barriques, stoppage techniques, terroirs and regions for every bottle of wine in the house.
