This pub is dedicated to the Ukrainian Customs department which is right next door. (The literal translation of “mytnyk” is “customs agent”.) It is meant to take the Mickey out of them; a bit of sarcasm which is displayed in its décor using various photos spread throughout the pub. Their specialty is beer and potato pancakes at great prices. This is a place one doesn’t want to miss!
