Not too easy to find as it is located in the back parking area. This is one of those “Pay for Time” places that are becoming quite popular in Kyiv. One pays by the hour; the first hour is 30Hr and each additional hour is 15Hr. There is unlimited coffee, tea, and snacks. There is WiFi, books, and lots of “table games” available. They even have fresh editions of Wall Street Journal,The Times, The Herald Tribune etc.
