Another good addition to the city’s shopping malls. It is located just about 10 minutes from the city centre. Take the blue line from Independence Square and exit at Lybidska metro station. Ocean Plaza is right next to the metro exit. A beautiful exterior design corresponds to its lovely interior. 70000 sq m host around 300 brand shops, 30 restaurants and cafes, a cinema, Auchan hypermarket and an enormous aquarium with tropical fish. There is also a great children’s area – “Happylon”, a carting club, and several travel agencies and banks. The first KFC in Kyiv opened here. There are several Japanese cafes, and for a fine dine we would recommend the “Marlin Seafood Restaurant” just to the right of the aquarium.
