Bistro Cote Est is a modern version of a classic bistro aiming to bring together the culinary traditions of France and Ukraine. The restaurant serves simple, traditional home cuisine and drinks, inspired by the recipes of France’s Eastern regions: Alsace-Lorraine, Burgundy and the Rhone Valley, as well as local Ukrainian specialities.
