The name translates to “bogie man”, though there was nothing scary at all here. It’s a nice sports bar with terrace seating for 50+; its right in the centre with friendly English speaking staff and menu as well. There is European and Ukrainian cuisine with an average meal costing just 100Hr. There is a breakfast menu served 09:00-12:00, and Monday-Friday there is a 30% discount on all items from 12:00-16:00 (excluding alcoholic drinks). There are large TV screens to watch the football games on at any time.
