This popular bistro in Brasov is known for having one of the best vegetarian dishes in town. They also have great vegan options made with carefully chosen bio products. If you’re in the mood for some tasty vegan pizza, burgers or pasta, this place has all of that and more. The small bistro also has a great staff and a lovely atmosphere, so it’s a great choice if you want to hang out with friends!

Rawdia
This is exclusively a vegan and raw-vegan restaurant situated in the heart of Brasov that uses only the best natural ingredients in their light but hearty dishes. They have soups, sandwiches and salads but also delicious sweets for a perfect end to your meal. Their smoothies and juices are amazing too, but take note that some of them have honey. You can also buy products from them, if you want to treat yourself at home.

Delicious Raw 
This small takeaway vegan place has a different menu every day and you can buy their food from one of their two locations in town or you can choose to serve it there, if the place is not too busy. They have soups and different vegan dishes that are 100% natural, sugar-free and gluten-free, and they also serve amazing raw vegan desserts, usually priced by weight.

Dei Frati
This centrally located Italian restaurant has lots of vegetarian options to choose from and also some vegan ones that are to die for. The vegetarian homemade pasta is spectacular here and the staff is really helpful if you’re not sure about what dish to pick. You can tell how amazing the food here is by the fact that the place is almost always busy, so keep in mind that you might have to make a reservation if you want to eat here.

Bistro Ma Cocotte
When it comes to vegan food, everybody is talking about this place. This cozy restaurant not only has some interesting vegan and raw vegan dishes, but also a nice design and a great atmosphere to go with your healthy meal. Bistro Ma Cocotte is situated a 25 minutes’ walk from the city center and also has an amazing garden where you can enjoy your meals on warm days.

Maurer for Life - Restaurant vegan
This new restaurant in Brasov is all vegan and you can find it in the Avantgarden 3 Neighborhood situated 10 minutes away from the city center by car. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 – 18:00 and works with a Daily Menu that changes every day containing a soup, a main course, a salad and bread. You can also find desserts and drinks there, everything being prepared with care in a really nice atmosphere. If you find yourself near that area, you should check out this place!
