The only docks pub left in the city, few boozes come with as much history as The Packet. It first opened its doors way back in 1864, and the years are positively oozing out of the walls, the taps, the seats and the stools. John Hurt himself was a frequent visitor whilst filming Doctor Who, and if its good enough for one of all the all-time greats then it’ll certainly do for us.
