Tartu Ski Marathon

Estonia’s most famous cross-country ski event has been going strong since it began in 1960 and now involves over 5,000 registered cross country skiers from all corners of the globe. Visitors have said that the marathon’s tracks are some of the most beautiful and interesting to ski in the world. The event is actually made up of several races, including the Open Track and Relay Marathon, and takes place over several days, but the race to watch is the massive 63km race from Otepää to Elva.
