The protein bowl trend has definitely reached Zurich. At Ona Poké they serve Hawaiian poké bowls which you can adjust to your liking. First select your choice of carbs (rice, riso venere, quinoa or zucchini noodles), then your protein source (raw tuna, salmon, kingfish), next one of five sauces and then you select some toppings like avocado, ginger, mango or pomegranate, to name a few. If that sounds like too much work (like it did for us), there are also some signature bowls available. We tried the Tuna Laguna with black riso venere and we were absolutely delighted. The sesame yuzu sauce blended nicely with the riso and the tuna, while the sweet mango and the slightly spicy ginger provided a good contrast. You can also drink blended waters (ginger, cucumber, etc.), beers and cocktails. Its sister restaurant at Lochergut is also open on weekends (Sihlfeldstrasse 56, B-11).
