The Fujiya of Japan is all about teppanyaki cuisine and sushi. For the teppanyaki the chef prepares your food directly at your table on a teppan - a hot iron plate. He fries fish, prawns, scallops, steaks and vegetables and serves it with different sauces. The Fujiya offers a variety of menus with a handful courses: from salads and soups through to sashimi and sushi and deserts. You can also order à la carte or just go for sushi. ButTeppanyaki lets you enjoy the smell of the fragrant ingredients while the chef cooks them in front of you - definitely a remarkable though quite pricey experience.
