We’ve long contended that people climb up and down mountains because it makes that post-hike pint of ale taste even more refreshing, and we’re sticking to that. The Welsh enjoy a pint or three, an understatement if ever there was one, and the small towns and villages of Snowdonia National Park have plenty of options when it comes to rewarding yourself after hours of walking, or even rewarding yourself for going both up and down on the train. Iechyd da!
