It’s not one of Ljubljana’s biggest or lively suburban markets though tržnica Moste still performs its duties, providing locals with a solid selection of fresh produce along with stands selling Balkan favourites - burek and pljeskavica. The market hasn’t changed in years, so has some nostalgic charm, giving a taste of what Ljubljana was like 30 years ago. Pri Podkvi, a café and bar just across the street alongside the Ljubljanica River, is a nice spot to grab a coffee.
