It may be one of the smaller markets in town, but at the subterannean Bežigrad tržnica you’ll still find a wide selection of quality fresh produce as well as interesting Slovenian cheeses and charcuterie. The market also has a really good burek joint and just outside the doors is a great no frills fish canteen popular with local workers.
