This renovated former fortress and noble home is architecturally stunning, blending new and old features in what's now a boutique hotel, fine dining restaurant and wine cellar. Located in a beautiful setting amidst Goriška Brda’s vineyards with the Alps as the backdrop, it’s what’s going on inside that really impresses. The rooms and suites are luxurious modern spaces equipped with Bang and Olufsen entertainment systems and stocked wine fridges (with Brda wines of course). Whilst in the restaurant, Chef Avenanti Cristian who trained in Michelin restaurants draws inspiration from local traditions and uses excellent seasonal produce to create exquisite dishes.
