For over 70 years, three generations of the same family have run a popular restaurant and guesthouse in the tiny village of Pšata, just outside of Ljubljana on the road to Domžale. They've recently renovated the place and now offer a total of 14 very smartly furnished rooms in a surprisingly modern hotel. As would be expected from a restaurant with such history, the food is entirely homemade and roundly excellent, with the žlikrofi (potato dumplings from the town of Idirja) being the standout among equals.
