Not more than two minutes walk from the tourist information office in Mengeš and also the main bus stop, Mesing Bar is a pleasant place to stop in for a drink after an equally pleasant stroll around the town. It has a good selection of coffees, inexpensive alcoholic drinks and some exuberant locals, something of a surprise possibly after the peacefulness of Mengeš itself.
