Mr. Fish himself! It doesn’t get much more official than the actual Mr. Fish, or Pán Ryba in Slovakia. The finest fish place (or should that be plaice?) in Košice is found just a bait’s throw from Hlavna and is a darling little Mediterranean joint with plenty of love for the sea. The open kitchen is a nice touch, giving land-lubbers a view of the magic as it unfolds.
